1.用官方office工具卸载office

2.关闭服务

win + r  msconfig
服务 隐藏所有微软   全部禁用
任务管理器  启动应用  全部禁用

3.关闭防火墙

1. 打开控制面板：按下 Win + R 键，输入 control 并按回车。

2. 进入系统和安全：点击“系统和安全”。

3. 进入Windows Defender防火墙：点击“Windows Defender防火墙”。

4. 启用或关闭防火墙：点击左侧的“启用或关闭Windows Defender防火墙”。

4.删除注册表

win + R  regedit 

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office

右键office删除
