9月15-19日,每4年一届的德国埃森焊接与切割展览会(SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN)即将盛大开幕。作为焊接行业最具规模及权威性的盛会之一,英莱科技将携全新PF系列激光视觉焊缝跟踪系统惊艳亮相,为全球智能化焊接贡献中国智慧。

From September 15th to 19th, the quadrennial SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN (Essen, Germany) – one of the most large-scale and authoritative events in the welding industry – is set to open grandly. Yinglai Technology will make a stunning appearance at the exhibition with its brand-new PF Series Laser Vision Seam Tracking System, contributing Chinese wisdom to global intelligent welding.

英莱PF系列传感器凝聚核心技术,采用嵌入式架构,体积较上一代缩小15%,省去额外工控机,单线缆即可实现供电与通讯,助力提升作业效率。其能稳定检测 “0 间隙” 微对接焊缝,适配铝合金、不锈钢、碳钢等极小间隙工况;此外,传感器在原有标准功能相机基础上,同步集成彩色相机,最高可输出 4K 高清视频,应对黑暗、狭小、高空作业环境。

Yinglai's PF Series Seam Tracking Sensors integrate core technologies and adopt an embedded architecture. Compared with the previous generation, their size is reduced by 15%, eliminating the need for an additional industrial computer; a single cable enables both power supply and communication, helping to improve operational efficiency. These sensors can stably detect "zero-gap" micro butt welds and are suitable for working conditions with extremely small gaps involving aluminum alloys, stainless steel, and carbon steel. Additionally, based on the original standard-function camera, the sensors are simultaneously integrated with a color camera, capable of outputting 4K high-definition videos at maximum. They are well-suited for dark, narrow, and high-altitude operating environments.

PF系列传感器已实现与 KUKA、FANUC、ABB、YASKAWA等国内外40余个品牌机器人适配,可满足车辆、船舶、钢结构、航空航天等多行业的焊接、切割需求。

The PF Series Seam Tracking Sensors have achieved compatibility with over 40 domestic and international robot brands, including KUKA, FANUC, ABB, and YASKAWA. They can meet the welding and cutting needs of multiple industries such as automotive, shipbuilding, steel structure, and aerospace.
