【故障排查】intel 服务器安装Win server 2019蓝屏解决方法

故障描述：

在 Windows 安装过程中，出现了蓝屏现象，提示Driver verifier DMA violation* at the beginning of

the installation.

解决方法：

需要再BIOS中 开启 Limit CPU PA to 46 bits 选项

intel官网有对此的说明，主要波及3代、4代和5代CPU，参考下图：

H3C\浪潮服务器的BIOS选项路径：

 Socket configuration→Uncore configuration→Uncore General configuration →enable Limit CPU PA to 46 bits

联想服务器的BIOS选项路径：

System Settings → Processors→enable Limit CPU PA to 46 bits

具体选项位置，建议优先拨打厂商400或通过其他渠道获取专业技术支持。
