Download SteamCMD from the Valve Wiki:

Open the SteamCMD program and wait for it to update:

Type login anonymous and press enter. This will log you into an anonymous account.
Note: Some games require using a real steam account, otherwise downloads will fail.

- Please enter the following command into SteamCMD and press enter:

Hint 1: You can use Ctrl+V hotkey, or right click on title bar -> edit -> paste to paste the command! - Wait for the download to complete. There is no progress bar!
