百日挑战之单词篇（第三天）
这个是博主个人的记录，仅写了不怎么常见和自己不认识的词汇和对应的造句，每天会进行前一日的单词复习，可能不够全面，请谅解
will 除了情态动词将要，还有名词意志力，遗嘱，意愿的意思

time 除了时间还有时代的意思

- My little brother often asks strange questions like a young philosopher.

find 除了发现还有查明和裁决，判决的意思
- the jury found him guilty 陪审团裁决他有罪
- I need to find the reason why my phone won’t turn on.
（我得查明我的手机开不了机的原因。）
earning n薪水
His monthly earning is enough to cover the family’s daily expenses.
- （他每月的薪水足以支付家里的日常开销。）
channel n渠道，频道，水渠 v传输，引导
- 含义：渠道（指获取信息、资源的途径）
She found a good channel to buy cheap but high-quality books online.（她找到了一个能在网上购买物美价廉书籍的好渠道。） 含义：频道（电视、广播等的频率波段）
My grandma always watches the news on Channel 1 every evening.
（我奶奶每天晚上都看 1 频道的新闻。）
含义：水渠（人工挖掘的输水通道）
The farmer cleaned the channel to make sure water flows to the fields smoothly.
（农民清理了水渠，确保水能顺畅地流到田里。）
含义：传输（信号、数据等）
This cable can channel internet signals to all rooms in the house.
（这根网线能把网络信号传输到家里的所有房间。）
含义：引导（情感、精力等至某方向）

land 除了大陆，着陆等意思还有动词赢得的意思

proportion n部分 ，比例，面积，规模
含义：部分（整体中的一份）
A large proportion of the students in this class like playing basketball.
（这个班的很大一部分学生喜欢打篮球。）
含义：比例（数量间的对比关系）
The proportion of boys to girls in our school is almost 1:1.
（我们学校男女学生的比例几乎是 1:1。）
含义：面积（指物体或区域所占的空间大小，多用于书面语境）
This small park has a proportion of about 2,000 square meters.
（这个小公园的面积大约是 2000 平方米。）
含义：规模（指事物的范围或大小程度）
The new shopping mall will be built on a large proportion to meet more people’s needs.
（这座新商场将按较大规模建造，以满足更多人的需求。）

arrangement n安排，布置

excite v兴奋，激发
含义：兴奋（指人因某事感到激动）
The children excite at the thought of going to the amusement park this weekend.
（一想到这周末要去游乐园，孩子们就很兴奋。）
含义：激发（指引发某种情感、兴趣或能力）
This science experiment excited the students’ interest in chemistry.
（这个科学实验激发了学生们对化学的兴趣。）
keep 除了保持还有供养，养活的意思
- he earns enough to keep himself and his family 他挣的足够养活他和他的家庭
