stm32 链接脚本没有 .gcc_except_table 段也能支持 C++ 异常

stm32 使用 cubemx 生成的 gnu ld 链接脚本没有 .gcc_except_table 段。如下所示

但是也能支持 C++ 异常。能够正确调用 try 块内的对象的析构函数,能够正确调用抛出的异常对象的析构函数。
