o2oa待办流程和已办流程表
在o2oa系统中每个用户有两种唯一标识：
第一种是姓名+个人钉钉ID（或者o2oa创建该用户时设置的id）

（所在部门：招聘部）
这种是为了解决同一个人在流程中扮演不同部门的不同角色的。
