常用的有PT100、PT500、PT1000,不常用的还有 PT50、PT200、PT10000等,PT代表铂电阻,后面的数字是零摄氏度时电阻值,单位Ω欧姆。
图片为基础元件之一,还可进行多种封装。
铂电阻主要用于较高精度以及较高温度范围的测温,大量应用的NTC测温范围一般在100度内才有较高的精度,超过100度以后非线性加大,超过150度后数据就很难看了,通常需要进行分段测量。
铂电阻的温度曲线较好,可以使用电阻串联进行测温。
一般情况下,优先考虑PT1000系列,当使用PT1000系列的时候,引线不是特别长的情况下,引线电阻可以或略,这个是好处之一,而PT100或PT50则需要使用3线或4线进行测温。
使用PT100或PT50的时候,还不能施加较高的电压,较高的电压会导致铂电阻自身发热,因此使用PT100或PT50时,通常需要使用电桥或放大后进行测温。

鱼与熊掌不能兼得

当需要使用较高精度时,则测温范围变小。使用较宽测量范围时,则精度变低。

(可在 550°C 下临时使用)
公差等级 B:-70°C 至 500°C
公差等级 A:-50°C 至 300°C
公差等级 1/3 B:0°C 至 150°C

常用PT1000铂电阻温度系数TCR = 3850 ppm/K

也就是TCR=0.003850,还有3750ppm/K、3770ppm/K等
