【排错】dify1.3.1插件市场安装报错问题

报错信息：
libs.rsa.PrivkeyNotFoundError: Private key not found, tenant_id: f1600acb-f6dc-435f-957e-d20b8e8d35c8
解决办法：dify/docker目录下，执行下面命令
$ sudo docker exec -it docker-api-1 flask reset-encrypt-key-pair
