摘 要
摘要：随着社会经济的发展，医疗卫生事业取得了巨大进步，在睡眠质量与压力咨询占据越来越重要的地位，什么是心理健康:心理健康，从广义上讲，是指一种高效而满意的、持续的心理状态。全国有20.23%的大学生存在不同程度的心理障碍甚至心理疾患，25%的大学生需要精神卫生服务，10%有明显的心理障碍症状，急需心理咨询与心理治疗。心理障碍已成为当今大学生身心健康的最大威胁。睡眠质量与压力咨询显得十分必要，
睡眠质量与压力咨询开发使系统能够更加方便学生捷，同时也促使睡眠质量与压力咨询变的更加系统化、有序化。系统界面较友好，易于操作。具体在系统设计上，采用B/S结构，java技术动态页面上进行了设计，Mysql数据库进行储存。
系统设计了三个角色，分别是学生、咨询师、管理员，具体功能如下：学生端：学生进入后台页面查看首页、个人中心、预约信息管理、测试信息管理、测试结果管理、留言板管理、我的收藏管理等信息；咨询师端：个人中心、测试题目管理、预约信息管理、修改密码、文章信息管理、测试信息管理、测试结果管理等；管理员：首页：管理员在首页查看首页、个人中心、学生管理、咨询师管理、文章信息管理、预约信息管理、测试题目管理、测试信息管理、测试结果管理、留言板管理、我的收藏管理、系统管理等功能，三个角色对应的功能，共同组成了校园睡眠与压力管理系统，目的在于为广大学生解决压力问题，提升睡眠质量。

Design and implementation of campus insomnia and stress management system based on SSM
Abstract: With the development of social economy, the medical and health industry has made great progress, sleep quality and stress counseling occupy an increasingly important position, what is mental health: mental health, in a broad sense, refers to an efficient and satisfactory, continuous psychological state. There are 20.23% of college students in different degrees of mental disorders or even mental disorders, 25% of college students need mental health services, 10% have obvious symptoms of mental disorders, and are in urgent need of psychological counseling and psychological treatment. Psychological disorders have become the biggest threat to the physical and mental health of college students. Sleep quality and stress counseling is necessary.
The development of sleep quality and stress consultation makes the system more convenient for students, and also promotes the sleep quality and stress consultation to become more systematic and orderly. The system interface is friendly and easy to operate. Specifically in the system design, B/S structure, java technology dynamic page design, Mysql database storage.
The system has designed three roles, namely, student, consultant and administrator. The specific functions are as follows: Student side: students enter the background page to view the home page, personal center, appointment information management, test information management, test result management, message board management, my collection management and other information; Consultant side: personal center, test topic management, appointment information management, password modification, article information management, test information management, test result management, etc. Administrator: Home: Administrators view the functions of the home page, personal center, student management, consultant management, article information management, appointment information management, test topic management, test information management, test result management, message board management, my collection management, system management, etc. The corresponding functions of the three roles together form the campus sleep and stress management system. The aim is to solve the stress problem for the majority of students and improve the quality of sleep.
