1.首先不要被这种陈述吓到，西门子作为世界500强，肯定有非常复杂的系统架构和流程，但是这种复杂的架构和流程并不是在一朝一夕中完成的，作为外企的一员，是要有一定的学习能力去理解这些。这里的“program”指的是一系列项目的集合。
2.当然每家公司都希望自己实施的是行业最佳实践，并且是创新性的案例。
3.需求的收集、对照，operation instruction of the SAP application for implementation. 这句着实没看懂想表达的意思，给SAP实施应用团队做指导？？
