算法描述
OpenCV CUDA 模块(cudev) 中的一个仿函数生成器,用于创建一个 “小于阈值设为零” 的图像处理函数对象。
这个函数返回一个仿函数对象(functor),用于在 GPU 上执行 “小于阈值设为 0” 的操作,即:
如果像素值小于 thresh,则设为 0;否则保留原值不变。
